Processing Time - Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high volume, seasonal transitions, or made-to-order preparation, processing times may vary.

Shipping Methods - Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Domestic Shipping - We currently ship within the United States & Canada. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination.

International Shipping - International shipping is available where permitted.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or delays imposed by their country.

Order Accuracy -  Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

Delays & Carrier Issues - Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our handling.
