Because many Akahsha’s Ethereal Possessions products are handcrafted, personal, or consumable in nature, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.​

 

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• opened or used products

• custom or made-to-order items

• ritual, spiritual, or consumable goods
